Welcome!
We know you might have questions about our research study.
Previous studies suggest that regular ACV consumption can lower fasting blood sugar levels and HbA1c (a long-term indicator of blood sugar control). Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar Liquid in supporting blood sugar control in healthy adults after a meal.

3. Frequently Asked Questions
What is the purpose of this clinical study?
- Diabetes increases the risk of heart and blood vessel diseases, making early management essential, even before the condition fully develops. While a healthy diet and regular physical activity are often the first steps in controlling blood sugar, some individuals may require medications that can have unwanted side effects. This has led many to seek better alternative options.
Apple cider vinegar (ACV), made from fermented apples, has gained attention for its potential benefits in blood sugar management. Previous studies suggest that regular ACV consumption can lower fasting blood sugar and HbA1c (a long-term indicator of blood sugar control). Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar in supporting blood glucose control among healthy adults.
