While many NAD+ precursor supplements (such as NMN or NR) aim to increase NAD+ levels, their effectiveness can vary due to absorption and metabolic limitations. Direct NAD+ supplementation has historically been difficult because oral NAD+ has limited bioavailability.

What is this Study about?

This study explores whether a next-generation NAD+ supplement may help adults maintain better energy metabolism, cognitive function, and overall wellness as they age—while contributing valuable science to the future of longevity research. 

 They are examining: 

  • NAD+ absorption 
  • Tolerability 
  • Effects on energy metabolism (ATP Production) 
  • Mitochondrial function 
  • Oxidative stress markers 
  • Cardiometabolic Health 

Who may Qualify?

You may be eligible if you: 

  • Are 40-65 years of age 
  • BMI between 18.5-29.9 kg/m2 
  • Are in generally good health  

 

Additional criteria will be reviewed during screening. All visits are conducted by our trained research staff.  

Your Safety Comes First 
This study is Health Canada-approved and reviewed by an independent ethics board. All participants are carefully monitored throughout the study. 

Participants will be compensated $800 for their time. 

What's Involved?

  • Screening visit 
  • 4 Study visits lasting –1-2 hours 
  • Participation over approximately 2 Months 
  • Blood & Urine Samples 
  • Questionnaires and Study Diary Completion 

 

All study procedures will be explained in detail during the informed consent process. 

Participants are compensated ($800) for their time and travel.
