Concerned About Memory Changes as You Age?
Join a clinical research study exploring ways to support cognitive health in adults aged 40–79.
Why this Research Matters
As we age, many people notice changes in memory, thinking, or learning. This is known as subjective cognitive decline (SCD)—and it’s more common than you may think.
- About 1 in 9 adults over 45 report memory concerns
- Some experience impacts on daily activities
- Early changes may be an important signal of cognitive health
While these changes do not always lead to more serious conditions, many people are interested in supporting their cognitive function early.
What is this Study about?
This clinical research study is evaluating a potential approach to support cognitive health and everyday mental performance.
Current recommendations for cognitive health include:
- Physical activity
- Balanced nutrition
- Social engagement
- Cognitive training
However, these approaches can be difficult to maintain or may not work the same for everyone. This study is exploring additional strategies that may help support cognitive function safely.
